Guinea Husband.

I am a fruit bat who hangs upside down,
I am a fruit bat who flaps all around,
Eating fruit high in the trees,
I’d rather eat the fallen fruit where the predators be.
It’s ripe not hard,
Like the stuff I can reach, when I get on the ground hopping is all I can be,
When beasts come close, I’m off with a flap.

I’m in love with a Guinea Pig, but don’t worry about that.
He’s lives on the ground and travels in streams,
He’s a bit of a loner but I am too,
I don’t live in a cave,
I live in a hole with my guinea husband!!
