The new Juliana doesn't talk shit.

I do not have a temper and will not discuss how I feel with anyone anymore. No longer will I publish my ALPHA status, nor make public my level of intelligence again.

Only will I prevent victimization and robbery, using my physical and mental prowess for defense and protection.

I will impress silently; continue to make others nervous with only a handshake and a smile.

I will passively and politely separate myself from the situations and emotions of others and remain an island.

I will wake up early DAILY or not sleep until my work is complete.

When I speak it will only be in direct, poignant, clear sentences and I will enunciate in only a non regional diction without curse words.   

I will not hate, obsess, or flirt in front of others. I will ignore biased criticisms, listen and not interrupt, and never brag.

I will take note of my appearance at all times, and dress adorably in clean matching clothing.

I will always stand and sit up straight, be patient, mindful and never preoccupied.

I will never beg, nag, or spit, and always stay hydrated and physically active.
